This one?

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=350578

Step 8: Drilling a new hole.
Step 9: "I did not use the 3ed [sic] hole in the spoiler. Just did not seem necessary."

So he drilled holes, and still didn't install it properly.

Not a fan of that set up at all Graphics can be okay but atlease make them interesting. Not something out of the fast and furious movies. And the rims are kind of bland. There is still to much of a gap between tires and fender. Just go Wing less and black out the lenses for the head and tail lamps. STEALTH . If i get my hand on the RalliArt I am going Matte Black all around. I found a guy who does some neat black light work with LED's and such who said he could hook me up with lighting for the car. Cops wont see me comming at night.

it's his car, but his justification for spending so much money on a lancer instead of just buying an EVO is severly flawed. he added into his calculations like $100 a month to service the car? what the hell is he doing to it? lol people say all this crap about oh when the car breaks it's soooo expensive, but unless you break something, honestly, how often does the car break? i'm sitting at 104k miles with my IX MR and it's never been in the shop for anything. nothing's ever broken on the car. the clutch went out after 70k miles, big deal. that would take a normal person 4 or 5 years to get to 70k miles. $600 over 5 years isn't exactly expensive maintenance to me lol and as for oil changes and fluid flushes, oil gets changed every 5k miles, fluids every 15k like the manual says, but that ain't ****. i don't get it

He said the insurance was too expensive but if you look at the mods he put in the car he could've bought probably 2 years worth of insurance on an X. I told him this, as graciously as I could, and he proceeded to tell me that it didn't matter because, "1 day this lancer will beat a stock evo X once she gets turboed...."

Not to divert attention, but is there any lip spoiler for the Lancer/Ralliart/Evo?

yes, carrito.net's X has one, as well as a few other Xs & I believe some lancers. Also Evo-R makes them for the trunk & as a large spoiler extension.

Also, back to the OP, I personally do not like Evo wings on regular Lancers, including the RA. It's not really even needed on an Evo, except at high speeds, therefore would completely be unnecessary on a lancer. I would suggest spending the $1k that an Evo wing would cost on a better exhaust system or other bolt-ons... or save up for a bigger turbo.
