Dropped by the dealer yesterday with the hope of finding out the RA's arrival date, managed to get a photocopy of what the Premium option would contain (no price given). Salesman said it'd be at their dealer at the end of the month (I don't believe him!).
Went to another dealer today and the salesman said "by the end of the year"...uuuuuggggggggggggg Just brutal.

Sat (and ooogled) at the MR Premium...veeery nice. MSRP after freight is about $52000 (CAN)...ouch.

 

No HID's again. What does Mitsubishi Canada have against HID's as the only Canadian vehicle with HID's available is the EVO X MR.

 

There are HID's on the Canadian RA, I've seen the invoices for some of the incoming vehicles and they had listed HID's as hardware that was included...

Also I'm still being quoted Sept. 22 as the delivery date

 

Can you tell if you are getting sedans and/or sportsbacks by the VIN or invoice?

 

I didn't realize that Canada was getting sportbacks. Aren't they only avaliable in Europe?

 

If you check the future lancer & Evo models section, there's a thread about the new sportsback. Someone posted a list of all the VIN number codes for 09. There is a code for the sportsback even though Mitsu hasn't said a word about it coming here. I was just wondering if someone with a list of future shipments has seen a sportsback on the list.

 

all the newspaper articles i've read (Canadian newspapers) about the RA say that HID are part of it...My guess is that its standard equipment as the Premium package is the sunroof, leather Recaro's, etc.
