Ralliart or GTS

well as you can tell ive been trying to decide on which to get and today i went down to a couple of dealerships near me and checked out both of them. it seems like most dealers in maryland only have to base package for the ralliart and ALOT of fully loaded GTS. Im really leaning towards the ralliart cause i love the way it looks but i also want the recaro seats and navi. so can anyone have ether cars tell me how they like it.

PS: this car will become my dd

To tell you the truth a loaded 09 gts with navi is about what you'll be looking to get for the same price as a base Ralliart. It all depends on you. If you don't want performance but want all the technology, get the GTS. Now if you want performance, get the Ralliart, simple as that. Now I have an 08 GTS, I love it, but in a second I would(will) most likely trade it for a base Ralliart, because i've been begging for performance. Now, the 08 and the 09 Lancer GTS has a different engine, which puts out a little more horses, so I guess it's up to you.

Spend your money on a Ralli your better off other wise you will be wishing you had that turbo and all. BTW how the hell are you getting a loan ? i have near damn good credit 800 atm they still want like 20% intrest on a used 06 evo.

People arent getting loans period

AMEN^^ haha I remember I went to the dealer to get a WRX and left with an 08 GTS. Man do I regret it, on the performance side. As for how cool the inside looks, the GTS beats it haha

i want performance but also what to have the all the stuff that comes standard on the evo as far as credit is concerned i was quoted 4.9% interest for 5yrs and my credit is like 700, i mean its the same offer thats on the site http://www.mitsubishicars.com/MMNA/j...s.do?loc=en-us so im guessing thats as low as you can go (not sure tho) and im not trading in any car. pure $$$

Go for the Ralliart. Its easier to make the car look better than making the car faster without having warranty issues. But as others said, if you dont care on performance then loaded GTS is.

I'd almost rather see it with a small lip spoiler than the big Evo wing. Pretending to be an Evo doesn't flatter the car or the driver. I like the MR wheels, but even if they fit properly, I don't think I'd put them on a Ralliart for the same reason.

The MR spoiler on an RA is harmless, not sure why that's always a big deal. Just as long as it's not all badged up with Evo tags.

I say go for the RA.. you can always add certain tech things later.

im my experiance, most people dont care about performance, cause the faster the car the worse the MPG is, and thats the big deal these, days...alot of my friends will look at a car and not care if it goes fast...but IMO the only way ill buy a car is if its impressivly fast....so i would go with the RA simply because the RA and the X have the same engines so im guessing there will be alot of interchangable performance parts...
