Question carsponsoships.com

has anyone had any positive or negative experience with these guys? is it even worth trying because we own a ralliart? this chick i kno signed up with her 09 lancer gts so i thought id give it a shot.

i found em in a superstreet mag. and went to the site..they seem legit. but they want you to go to car shows and hand out flyers/ shirts or w.e. like a walking billboard for them. theres like a 75 or so dollar fee to start but they told me they had 5 companies that they could get to sonsor me but i just didnt follow threw and wanna lose the $$ if it wasnt legit. but they seem like they were i just didnt follow up on it. good luck if you try it.

I had these guys call me, sounded legit except the guy sounded about 16, I didn't want to send any money either.

^^ lol i had an older dude. after i talked to that 16 year old he said he was sendin my application in and i said cool then like 2 weeks later that older dude called me and said i was accepted and want the green...i just told him id get back to him...and like i said up there just never followed threw.

Ya, when he asked for my card number abruptly, I was like *cough, ya, I just paid a lot of bills, never followed up. I would have handed out flyers too for all the mods/wheels/etc. they said they would do, just didn't want to actually have to pay money. haha.

dont belive the hype. the way they catch you is you pay the processing fee but the only real sponsorships that you get is low name sponsers that offer you neon lights and decals. everything else you have a certain percentage off. very low percentage too. not worth it at all. dont look to get sponsored by like hks or aem or any good brand.

It's all bull****, don't do it. You pay $75 and then you get some stickers and some Gila window tint, then if you goto car shows then they might give you more swag. Most I got was some amp wiring and shirts etc..

Its garbage. I applied to it with my civic back in my ricer stages and they dont do anything or give you any hookups on serious stuff. Dont waste ur time.

hey thanks for the feedback. good honest opinions. i knew it was too good to be true! oh and aestival-thanks for proofreading my post like a boring dull 4th grade teacher next time ill do better i promise. anyways guess im out 29 for the application.
