If the stock RA exhaust is as restrictive as the one on the Evo X then you all will get some nice gains from it.

I have no AWD dyno anywhere near me to baseline before mods so will have to rely on 'seat of the pants' testing Proper Tuning I will get done eventually so will have a good Idea as to the numbers. I expect someone else will beat me to that though.

catbacks on these cars are for changing the sound, downpipes and test pipes are where you get your power

Is the stock downpipe the same as the evo x? if it is, there is no power to be had there.

Look i know..

But the cat is different for sure, The Evo got a metallic one, the RA is not.
I'm sure this is stated in the US RA press kit.
So from there can be even the size is different not to mention the down pipe?
Certainly can. Did you checked it?
Also i just pointed out the Difference is known ...

Also we know the rear suspension set up is different. So an after market exhaust system which is made to fit on the EVO, it might have a different clearance then you need on the different rear set up RA.

I got my info's from life sorry, so i know how you can run into issues when you dont "suppos to".
Even in the Evo.
Thanks for the post.

PS
If you got the Mitsubishi tech guide for the Evo then you will find the info there about the metallic cat. And they stating there ONLY the EVo got the metallic type.
Since the turbo is different then the O2 housing is for sure which is connects to the downpipe...
So from the cat back only the down pipe would be a same as a Evo?? Or more logic since the O2 housing is different so the cat, why not the down pipe?

I can be wrong on this but worth to thinking about it... or not?

anyway , if it does fit 100% that is awesome! Since the demand will be greater so they can sell more , might the price's will go down
