I test drove a Ralliart today. I went about 30 deg side ways pulling out of the dealership . I guess I'm not used to AWD and that much power. It's nice, but I noticed a loud drone coming from the engine or is it the transmission? Is that normal? I'm coming from an automatic Tiburon V6 and it's pretty quit. I was just wondering if anyone else noticed the drone in the cabin and if that was normal.

Its the exhaust. You couldnt tell where that was coming from?

 

It sounded like it was coming from the dash in the center. Are there any exhausts for the RA that is known to get rid of the drone?

 

In general I think the RA is a noisy car.
