Which Gasoline used mostly 4 your RA in Canada?
Uh, living in Atlantic Canada, my main choices are Ultramar (huge refinery in Quebec City) and Irving (huge refinery in Saint John, NB), though I suppose we do have Shell here also (somewhere near Halifax, NS, I think).
At the end of the day, it's too hard to figure out which refinery gas comes from, unless that brand has a refinery really close by -- my guess is that Esso/Exxon stations around here (in NB/ME) sell whatever they please. As I generally get my gas at Esso (nicest carwashes around), all I know for sure is that it's a reliable 91-grade octane that probably comes from Ultramar's refinery.
It's a mistake to confuse what comes out of the pump with the brand-name on the station, at least until governments get their act together and require that stations identify their source by posting it.
[In addition to Ultramar and Irving, MacEwen is a major Canadian brand that didn't make your list -- I don't recall if their premium is 91, or something else, but I'm almost certain it's 10% ethanol, which is great if you're fond of crappy mileage and starvation in poor countries, but also great if you're scared of water freezing in your gas line -- there's a Western Canadian equivalent to MacEwen, but I can't recall what they're called]
