....driving home from work today i was looking hard at every nice / cool car i saw.

i looked at bmw, infinity,mercedes,acura,lex,even a ferrari.

i did see 3 cars rockin' black roofs.........all scion tc's.

sorry bro , but at least in L.A. black roof =scion.

 

Haha that's lame. It's all good. Scions are kinda cool in tree own right I guess. But anyway! Dude look in a eurotuner, import tuner, or any mag like that and I garantee you'll see multiple cars with black roofs. It's a hot look. More euro than import, but I think it'll be a good look on my 09 WW ralliart!

i want to see cars in person so i can get a real feel for it.

any way. do it in vinyl as it will be much cheaper and not too difficult.

how about : black hood , black roof, black trunk, black nose-ring, and as dark as possible window tint.

now to me , that , would be a "look".

 

im getting mine in dark grey...so it wouldnt make a difference...LOL

IMO a dark top would just be an M3 imitation, i think you should keep it white

 

The entire scion tC roof is a dark tinted glass of course its black...so yes all tCs you see will have a black roof.

 

been thinking of doing this to the Evo for awhile now, just havent had a chance to do it yet

 

^^ if you think like that then you must think everybody that puts big wing on their car wants to make their car look like an evo or something, even if its a civic. just because another car has the same thing doesn't mean somebody is trying to copy. it just means they like the look on their vehicle too.

i say go for it,who gives a **** what ppl think,its your ride,your the one that has to drive it and be happy with it,another idea for you is what someone else already posted the black roof hood trunk,im doin that in the spring but going wingless with a lil lip,gonna vinyl the hood roof and the top part of the trunk to the lip and leave the other part car colour
