stay away from the "Basics" if you want a nice compliant ride. Shock/struts valving doesn't match the aggressive spring rates...fyi

I don't know much about Tein, but I'd stay away just for the reason that they're listing the spring rates as the same as FWD lancer springs that they are also in the process of producing. Couple other companies are doing this also (T1R etc.) selling GTS/Ralliart springs.

While the springs and struts may physically fit from the ES, GTS etc, weight distr. spring rates and valving have got to bifferent for the AWD car vs FWD car. IMHO sounds like an easy way to make your car handle like a wheelbarrow.

too soft, they slap the **** out of your frame. Sound like a shotgon going off if you hit something to hard.

No idea where you're getting that info from. S-techs for previous gen Lancers are great springs with no such issue and are some of the firmest springs available.

<- has 2-3 years on S-techs.

If you're not able to clear the fender, but you don't need much more space (1/2" or so) then you can roll the fenders to gain that clearance.

Is it hard to roll the fenders? How much would it cost and what do they do exactly. I never had to roll fenders on any of my cars this would be the first.

Does it have a negative impact on the car or the car drivability. Please inform me this would help me alot.

Swift has springs in the works too. http://www.swiftsprings.com/
Swift puts in a ton of research and actual race time before releasing any springs. They also take into account what the strut can do and valving. This will be good when they are out.
