Robispec Springs and Swaybars Installed
So Robi decided to come to Pompano Beach for few days to do some installs, so I decided I'd be the first one to get a hold of these and drive down from Orlando.
The springs make the car look so much better, because now it doesn't have the huge gaps (the way it should've been from the factory).
So after they were installed I had a 3+ hour drive back to test them out, and they did not disappoint. The car handles so much better now. My main gripe when I got the car was how much it body roll it had when cornering. Now the car stays flat in corners, and the handling is really crisp now. There are no weird noises or anything from the springs. Onramps and offramps feel a lot better now and in u-turns you don't feel like the car is flipping over.
As far as highway driving goes... its not bad at all... you definitely feel the bumps more (which isn't always a bad thing), but the ride quality is still much better than my stock RX8 had.
Now I can really get to know how bad the tires are on this car haha...
Here are some pics (I couldn't get any good pictures of the swaybars) Yes the car is dirty, haven't had time to wash it since the trip.

The front has a little bit of a gap but the car itself (from what Robi told me and showed me) is perfectly level and is right where it should be.
The springs were $200 and the swaybars were $350 a set.
and shipping / freight / installation was $550.
I decided to have the person that made the parts install them and to ensure everything was done right (these were the first ones installed on a RA other than the test car) but the springs you could probably put in yourself, and get someone to do the swaybars for cheap. The swaybars alone were 4+ hours of work.

Robi will be back in Florida in about 4 weeks for anyone who wants this setup or anything else. It will take a miracle, but I'd like to get tires and rims by then so he can make 'em fit (hes got 245's on his RA)

I didn't want to go too low because I'm planning on putting 235's on. People are already saying 225's rub stock height so going as low as you guys want will be nearly impossible to fit the tires I want (plus you'll have the tucked look with the tires going up into the fenders) not a look i like. Besides all that, whenever a front lip comes out thats good, I dont want to knock it off at every speed bump.

he said he had to roll the sh*t out of the fenders haha. I'm not sure what offset he used... just that they were 8.5" rims with 245's
