I figure I should just go to the dealership i bought it at (MidToronto) as opposed to Markham which is practically next door. Cause im in the 14th/Brimley area. I still haven't done my first oil change yet, so I guess I'll kill 3 birds with one stone (oil change, recall, and hard start flash) and maybe even reconfigure my TPMS when i slap the summers back on.

I think it's such a stupid thing to have to pay for a diagnosis when it's underwarranty. Perhaps I should file a complaint to HQ or is that a waste of my effort?

Well...hold off till you get your oil change. More than likely the recall will be for the RA's as well and the hard start flash exists already , so that should not be a problem. You should not have to pay for a diagonistics....not for a brand new car and older car maybe ...but not a new model year. If you get resistence with getting all 3 things done at the same time then make an issue about it....I did not realize that you are are still due for you first service. The guys at Dixie Mitsubushi were really open and helpful with my first service since there are a bunch of things that they want to check up on. New models do have some recalls and issue that can be fixed, its fairly normal but as long as they get fixed.

Good luck.
