Looking at the ralli in Ralliart

Took my RA down a winding gravel road. Switched the SST to gravel and it did very well. Never felt like i was gonna loose it. i tried to do a power slide but i forgot to shut off the stalitlity control. looking forward to finding a large grassy knowl. have a few sod farms around. any one else out there try the gravel or snow settings.

Well, living in Canada, I've used almost nothing but the snow setting for most of the time since I got my Ralliart -- the car is incredible on snow and ice, but I think that's probably partly the Michelin X-ice2 tires. In case you turn that sod into mud with slides, turning off the stability control is also an excellent way to get your car out if you find yourself stuck in snow or mud.

I'm definitely looking forward to summer driving on non-snow/asphalt surfaces, but I'll be driving out the stock Dunlop all-season tires before getting some really good warm-weather tires (i.e. not until mid-2010). Anyone in Canada tried the stock tires on anything other than snow and asphalt?

I love the tranny on this car! Its awsome, I really like how it downshifts by itself when you start to press the brake.
