Air conditioner is only blowing on my passanger side only

I have a 2004 Railiart and I noticed that when i turned my air conditioner, or my heat on, it would blow on the drivers side floor, and my passenger side vents only. I figured I would ask around the forums before i take it in.

Please let me know!

When you turn the vent knob, do you feel any resistance behind it? OR does it feel like its loose? The flappers in the dash are broken or the knob is stripped.

there is alot of resistance, and i cant move it.
