I was wondering if there is a place to get aftermarket heat extractors or what.

I drove through a sand storm that pitted mine and they look like crap to top it off my old lady power washed it and even more paint chipped off of them any advice would help greatly!!!!

you can buy an aftermarket CF hood vents, just look for evo x ones cuz they are exatly the same
