I feel a slight engine vibration while idling/driving, but it's not bad. Especially for an engine without a balance shaft.

I feel some slight engine vibration myself, i don't mind it too much though...kinda reminds me of driving the old 350 small block Trans Am in my dad's garage :P. That thing vibrated...

I feel this same vibration when I let off the gas in 5th or 6th gear. The vibration feels like it is coming from the rear of the car.

Mine is 5th and 6th gear just like above.

I figured it has to do with the driveshaft carrier bearings and the clutches.

Most twin discs rattle like that.

But it is getting worse.

Are you guys noticing this more in manual mode than auto?

I've noticed engine braking is more pronounced in manual (especially in Sport), this was true with the dsg transmission too.

I am almost always in manual mode, unless I have to take a phone call. So, with that said, I notice this in manual mode only. I will check to see what happens in automatic mode once I get the car back from its 10,000 mile service. Oh, how they grow up so quickly...
