I just got done swapping in a OEM twin scroll turbo from an 08' evo X. I wanna just give mad props for everyone who has attempted it. Even with my little hands and a lift, the swap was the huge pain. In order for my AMS evo X intake to fit i used a battery relocation kit for the trunk. On the exhaust side of things i made a 3" custom exhaust with wideband bung and wrapped the entire system for heat protection. The AMS tune completed the package. Big shout you to those guys at AMS for awesome service and help along the way. And for anyone thinkn of doing it, make sure you have it planned out and prepare for cut up hands and forearms. Ill post pics tomorrow
Question for you. Are the O2 housings the same or different between the stock Ralliart turbo and the stock EVO X turbo? I ask because I wonder about using the O2 eliminator downpipe like AMS sells with the stock Ralliart turbo.

Yeah man, sounds like **** at idle but nasty at WOT. Im looking into a HKS Carbon muffler with the ti tip. The muffler i have now is a straight through core with metal resonators. I believe the HKS has fiberglass packing material for sound dampning. Its fine just cruising around not boosting.

still gonna be loud as F*** lol.... im on a 3" dp, tp and ams catback with 2 18" vibrant resonators and still loud as hell... it when from 4 blocks away to about 2.5 block you can hear me coming haha
