AMS small battery kit - good in cold weather?

Since temperatures in my city typically get down to -30oC and colder, I need some good cold cranking amps. I noticed the AMS kit has 680 cranking amps, but doesnt mention CCA anywhere. My big question is, will this even start my car during the winter months?

I had to jump my car twice this winter when it got below -10deg during the night. It sucked, had several close calls too. almost set up a trickle charger and got a dipstick heater. Prob gonna do it next winter or do a trunk relo. and im in northern Illinois, 10 min from Wisconsin

That sucks. Definitely not worth the slight weight reduction to deal with all of that, and since there are other intake options it is not a real necessity anymore. Trunk re-location would be nice though and that's supposed to be fairly straight forward anyway. =)
