steering wheel buttons

Is there anyway to change the radio buttons on the steering wheel to switch to preset radio stations rather than scanning to the next available station?

I think he needs the nav system.

I don't have the nav system and when I press the radio buttons, it doesn't go to the preset stations. Instead, I get speeding tickets.

No Nav here... that's one reason to upgrade, I guess.
