^ Wheels and tires first, you'll be happy you did.

I haven't quite decided what I'll do for suspension yet so that will be next year for me.

If I had the money I spent for my rims, I would not buy them. I would buy a new turbo.

Do the AMS upgrades. That is what I did first and I don't regret it. The drive from SC to Chicago was a pain but it is worth it.

I vote tires and rims. The stock tires are amazingly horrible.

To the OP. I was in your same situation man, I decided to go Work Emotions CR-Kai 18x8.5+32 and they should be here within the week. There's really nothing you can do MORE ( besides body kit or painting ) to change your rides appearance than a nice wheels/tires setup.

lighter wheels/better tires ARE a performance upgrade, along with an aesthetic upgrade. the lighter wheels will result in less un-sprung rotational mass which will equal quicker acceleration and better optimization of the decent amount of power the car already makes. adding the tires will make the car grip like never before if you choose a proper match to the wheels with a wider contact patch on a quality set of rubbers. add a set of lowering springs to the mix and it'll feel like an entirely different machine

At 17.4lb each, the new rims i got are amazing. the car literally runs smoother and quicker. acceleration is more linear and instant now. the mpg goes up slightly. which is a bonus.

Wheels are a great upgrade...If it was me I would definitely do the engine based performance upgrades instead. If you got an exhaust done and a tune, you would bounce up about 60 hp, which will make anybody happy. I would hold off on the tires/suspension only because lots of companies are still in the R&D phase of developing parts for the RA, for example Swift Springs will be coming out with some new springs soon.
