Faulty WB O2???
I am having issues with my innovate LC-1. It is giving sporadic readings. Sometimes it seems to give the correct values. Recently at cruise it seems to bounce between about 10 - 20. Then at WOT it is reading very rich and changes to the fuel map don't seem to do much at all. Now, there is a possibility that one of the analog outputs from the LC-1 controller got 12V to it accidentally
. Without buying a new sensor, is there a way to isolate the problem to either the sensor or the controller??? I have gotten error 8 (sensor timing error) and 2 (open heater circuit) on occasion.

sounds like to me your wideband is doing my old one did which is fine cruise really isn't a good judgment of afr's though it should be around 14.7 w/ vacuum. Under load how rich is it and do you have any logs. Are you adjusting your fuel table according to the proper load number?? Post up a log and maybe i can help you out. I have lots of experience with the cobalt hp tuners program so dont mind my nubbish post count

Well, actually this problem came to light recently when I was trying to adjust for the meth kit I installed. I had no issue with it previously. I did no tuning for a few months prior. AFR dropped to about 8.x once the spray started. I adjusted the afr map up to 2 full points in some areas and it had nearly no effect. So, I decided to disable the meth kit, put my known good tune back on and check the afr. This is when i noticed the abnormal cruise readings.
Here is a log with NO meth kit. I think its clear something is toast.

hmmmm data corrupt well seeing as your in edmonton why not take a rip to mopac on 170th and grab a new sensor, did you dump too much meth and maybe get meth all over your sensor?

Ya I think I'll have to grab another sensor and try it. I'm using the mid sized nozzle. I have it set to start at about 2 psi and not reach max spray till about 15psi. I don't think too much got in there but who knows.
