Question How cold for overboost?

I was wondering How low the temp. needed to be to see over boost conditions? It was 53f this morning and I did two pulls. One in 3rd and one in 4th. Boost never got higher that 22psi. From what I understand the gst flash and pill is designed to go no higher that 23psi. Also at what psi does the computer cut power due to boost pressures being to high?

boost "fuel" cut is load based, not psi boost, just FYI

Are there any info about the Load vs PSI thing? I saw you talk about your new PSI-target map instead of Load-target, I'd like to know more about it. Maybe a link or something if you know of one.

Thanks.
