Depends I don't like them Becuase the are not functional like the real evo ones also they don't look bad but u can see the paint behind the vents maybe if You put black vinal behind it. It would look better.

Since they're a surface applied esthetic piece that 'simulates' a functional part, they're precisely what the thread title implies IMHO.

Buy a set of ddm tuning hids for 50 bucks and take the girl out to lunch/dinner

If your into it go for it, it's your car.

But if your asking for opinions on whether to get them, your going to get the majority saying NO.

I say NO too, but what should you do with that $160 instead?

Put it toward anything that actually improves your RA.
Brakes, Wheels, Suspension are all good places to start.

I bought my Eibach Pro-Kit Springs for $165 with shipping (hard to get that price though) and that made a big deference in handling. Plus, the car looks a lot better than just throwing some fake fender vents on.
