Full tank vs near empty

Lately i have been filling up my tank with 10-25$ per fill. I'm a student (last year) and havent been overly wealthy. Don't ask why i have a RA while in school. lol.

Anyhow, over the last couple of months ive noticed a change in the vibrations im getting from the car. (inside the cabin). I feel it in the steering wheel and the gas pedal and the front dash seems to vibrate as well.

A considerable amount since i first bought it and i only have 14k on it.

Today i fill the tank up to full! finally lol. It seemed to be much smoother now. I could be going insane, but it felt smoother.

Is this possible or should i be worried about the vibrations being an other problem?

Im going to drive it tonight to see if the car is still runnning smooth the way it did right after i filled up.

the extra weight in the fuel tank probably weighed down the rear suspension which fixed the rear suspension rattle...a common problem on RA's. they had a bulletine out about it, but the only reccomendation to fix the problem was the keep the tank full, or have some sandbags in the trunk.

But i'd keep an eye on how the engine runs now. for the past while you said you were only putting in like $10 or $20 a time at the pump. We now your car is used to having fresh gas all the time. So now that you fueled it up full, the gas might get comparably stale compared to the new fresh stuff your engine is now used to. to fix it, disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for 10 mins so it resets the ECU.
