Weird Clicking Noise In Rear Fender

Weird Clicking Noise In Rear Fender
When I open my driver side door I get a weird click between the rear fender and the tail light, it's really bugging the hell out of me. It's only when the driver door is opened. Any ideas? 
damn.... there was a post about that i just cant find it.... something about a RA missing a weld back there.....
