Strange Noise drivers side...

I have a 2009 Ralliart. Had it for about 4 months now. Recently I noticed a noise under the drivers side when I turn the steering wheel left or right it doesn't matter. The noise isn't always there. It seems to happen periodically.
The noise is like a knock sound and it's directly under the drivers undercarriage.

Anyone can tell me if they have experienced this problem? I'm bringing it in to the dealer to get it checked out but it's kinda hard because of the fact it's not constantly doing it.

Thanks for any feedback.

Does it only do it when the car is cold and been sitting in cold weather?

Well the noise coincidentally seemed to start happening as the weather has gotten colder. I do live in Canada and it's been cold here for the past couple of months. What would the weather have to do with it though?
The car is always outside by the way.

There are a few of us with this issue, but it seems to only happen when the car has been sitting outside in near freezing temps (at least for me). I took it to the dealer for them to fix but they left it outside all day (60 degrees) and it didnt make the noise anymore once they got to it.
