what happened to ams stage 3 on ams website

just wanted to know why it was taken off?

You should probably ask AMS about this, they usually know more about their company than a forum does.

The Stage 3 for the Ralliart is currently down because we are having trouble sourcing the OEM Evo X Turbos. Here is what that package included:

OEM EVO X Turbo
OEM EVO X exhaust manifold
AMS Wide Mouth Downpipe
All necessary OEM gaskets
All necessary OEM oil and coolant fittings
AMS Ralliart Stage 3 ECU Flash

The price is not yet determined as we need to find a supplier for the turbos. Hopefully we will have back on the site again in the near future.
