Diff leak!?!?

It looks like it's leaking from my drain plug I recently got my transfer oil flushed from the 30k service. Think they forgot to put a washer back on or change the washer?

wipe it down and check again after driving it. Put a wrench on it and see if it tightens (don't crank on it just see if it is loose!)
