Steering wheel controls

I'm getting quite frustrated with my steering wheel controls. I'll be driving, I'll hit the volume button and all of a sudden it's asking me to state my password for blutooth connectivity.
Anyone else having this problem? It's quite frustrating because you can't even power down the radio for a restart while this is happening.

TIA

If its really the "volume button" you are hitting then take it back to the Dealership you got it at. But you may be fat fingering it .... just my 2cents

It might be the song/station change button as well. What do you mean by fat fingering it? LOL
The radio controls aren't anywhere near the blutooth button
