hey guys i did a quick search on here and didnt really see a definite answer to my question so dont freak out if its been covered already. my question is:

will a harness bar mad for the evo 8 (specifically an NRG) fit in my 2011 ralliart?

really like the look of these and getting more and more addicted to tracking so im trying to find a nice one. any info is greatly appreciated as usual. thanks guys

Doubt an evo 8 bar will work, buy one for an x it will fit.

a bar for an x will work because it's interior dimensions is the same as our interior.

The bar for the older evos will most likely not work because they were based on a chassis that has interior dimensions that are different from ours.

 

yea i know that lol. just trying to find someone who knows this 100% sure because the bar is slightly adjustable and i dont think the body changed in size all that much.

 

looks like NRG doesn't make different quick harness bars for the different model evos. so it shouldn't matter:

for all year evos and all year lancers they spec their 49" and their 50.5" harness bars (HBR-002 is the 49 and HBR-003 is the longer)

 

okay. ill be home later this weekend and ill measure the distance between the b-pillars then. anyone know the distance already by any chance?
