Annoying tapping noise?

Annoying tapping noise?
I've had this constant clicking for about 2 months thats really only noticeable at idle and low speeds, but its pretty damn loud.
The speed doesn't change with the RPMs, it always stays the same.
I narrowed it down to the area around where the ECU is mounted.
No CEL or drivability issues, just getting on my nerves.

I know!
It's so annoying.
This one sounds weird though, not "normal drivetrain noise".
I have a full X swap, intake, cat back and test pipe.
