i Bought a used 2011 ralliart, touring package with leather heated seats, auto wiper and lights, Rockford Fosgate sound system, sun roof, Flash system, remote start, and 100K Wynes warrenty when the Mitsubishi one runs out. it had 11K miles on it and is not a year old yet. i paid a real $21,000 and feel i did ok, dont plan much upgrading, i am old, 62, and this thing is fun the way it is, oh yeah ---graphite gray. oh yeah, i dented to fron bumper cover, so to keep the car stock i got it replaced, fixed and painted --looks real good, that cost me $1200 , so dont break that again.

Dude, it would cost me more then that for an EVO to get basic coverage...as in legal min liabilty and a 2 grand deductable comp and collision (required to get a loan on the car).

I paid $28,000 for my 2012 Apex Silver Ralliart with the popular equipment package, had 30 miles on it when i test drove it . This included all taxes, dmv fees, new plates (which are $225 in NY....) and registration (which is $130). So i dont think i did too bad... And as far as insurance is concerned i pay $130 a month for "full coverage" with Geico and im only 23. $600 a month sounds disgusting for any car.... i was paying like $300ish a month for full coverage when i was 19 and drove an Audi TT 225.

I live in Baltimore, MD and there are only 2 Mitsubishi dealers in the area. The car only had 2 miles when I sat down in the seat to test drive lol. The MSRP for my car was over $32k and I have a 2012 Ralliart fully loaded (sunroof, leather, smart key system, auto wipers/lights, RF sound system with sub, backup camera, HIDs, fogs, etc.) I talked them down to $30k plus got them to add in an extended warranty that covers me bumper to bumper for 10 years 100k miles. I also get free tire rotations and tires for life as long as I have the tires rotated every 3k miles. I feel like I did fairly well! I got $12500 for my trade (or $10k once it was paid off) so I'm only fianancing with taxes, etc. $22k. Very happy with the deal I worked out! I originally had it insured through USAA, which I thought would give me a great deal considering they are supposed to be known for affordable services... but they charged me $215 a month for full coverage!!! Ummmm no... So I went to Geico and get full coverage now for a little less than $150 monthly. WIN!

To tgbtbi: I hope that you got the vehicle background checked... A price that low for the options sounds like something a company was doing on totalled cars that were repaired. If it's clean, that's a really sweet price!

hey bluelightning12 --i got a clear carfax plus i am the first title holder, this was a Mitsubishi car until i bought it with the 11K on it. i now have near 20K, have changed to Synthetic oil and ave installed Conti Extreme contact DSW tires. i like them much better than the Yoki Advins that were on there, quieter, smoother ride, and handle plenty good enuff for my 62 year old but.
i may consider a cold air intake, but not much else excites me, i think it is fun. my daughter in law sez this is my change of life car;
of course at 62 i am way past that. i have been to the smokies, and next week will spend a week in mid state WV ---Summersville WV area.

LOL! That's awesome! I'm too cheap to go over the bridge or tunnel so I was just referring to Baltimore I would love to try and get a cruise together. Even just hang out and meet new people. My boyfriend drives an 08 Evo X so this could be cool! Lmk
