Memphis doesn't want me to leave.

First it was the rear diff, now... Going down the interstate coming up on a trunk on the other side of the interstate on fire. Went to turn down my radio and look back up and the driver ahead of me slowed down to 40 just to look. Wish Karma would hook me up, because she owes me.

What sucks even more is that I am transferring and I have to be in Wa by the 30th. Everyone was alright though.

That actually looks to be in really good shape, never even transferred to the A pillar.

Sorry about that car.. one question though, I thought the RA SB was only offered in the US for 2 years 2010-2011. Is yours a 2011 sold in 2012?

That doens't look bad bro. You could try to replace it with a EVO X front end, fender bumper hood. Since most of it should cost the same...

sounds like new old stock then. I bet the VIN says it's a 2011 model year car.

Good Grief. I am glad no one was hurt. It sucks to see a fellow Ralliart SB get damaged. I hope you will be able to get it back in shape. Keep us posted.

For the sake of learning what to expect from a frontal impact.

How fast were you going roughly? It's cool if you don't want to answer. From what you mentioned, the other car involved was moving at roughly 40mph ish right? wasn't stationary? What kind of a car was it that was involved with your RA? Aside from the driver side airbag going off, did the passenger side go off too? Assuming an accompanying passenger was riding shotgun of course. Did any other airbag go off too? I am assuming the fluid on the pavement in the pictures is from the your engine bay correct? What fluid was it?

Thank you if you would answer these question.

I was going 73 in a 70 and the car I hit claimed 40, but I could have sworn way slower. The car was a honda accord. There were two bags on the drivers side, the steering wheel and the leg bag under the steering wheel. No passenger. The fluid that you see is from the radiator.

Thanks for answering.

I guess these cars are pretty solid. Really good to know. What kind of damage was done to the Accord?

Definitely glad everyone is ok. Superficially, it certainly looks like you ought to be able to get it back to serviceable condition again. Would suck to see a relatively rare car go to the scrap heap
