Vacuum line?

So I was looking for any vacuum lines that were loose or off and this is what I found. I'm not sure if it should be connected to something or just vent to the air. If anyone can help me out that would be great. It's located right behind the ECU and near the brake master cylinder. Oh and the second pic is where the line is coming from.

It's probably 1 that goes to the intake tube. It has a small nipple coming off the tube.
