In Canada the service is every 5000, which I believe is what a lot of people stick to

I understand, but is there a big difference, if i use it only for daily driving, i'm not going fast on every corner, every day, day by day. I've never been to the track days!
I never overcook the engine, i don't even use the whole performance what it gives.
I know, i will do the service and so, but have anyone answears?

Wellll... Engineers do careful analysis and create a table for 'normal use' and based on their experience they justify the correct interval for each maintenance task to ensure the vehicle achieves it's design life. Bounded by least cost (for the consumer) but which ensures that at least 99%(subject to actual Mitsu value) of cars meet the warranty life.

You do not have to follow the recommended table at all. In fact - you could do no maintenance but top off oil when low. The car would still probably go to ~90K miles. Will it go to 95K? Doubtful. 120K? Not very likely at all.

Bottom Line: Do the recommended maintenance (unless of course you are smarter than a Mitsu engineer ) or sell the car before 90K miles to some dupe that doesn't ask for the maintenance record... My $.02 worth
