I live in tasmania and i am wondering what is the best place in australia or overseas to buy parts from and do i search under ralliart parts or evo x parts?

 

depends on what you are trying to accomplish, few parts are interchangeable between the ralliart and evo. I'd say search on ralliart

 

Intercooler and piping mainly

 

Find someone local selling an Evo X intercooler and piping. Sorry bhaikalis, but most parts are interchangeable between the Ralliart and Evo X. It's the same motor.

 

motor maybe the same but not all parts are interchangeable. My understanding is intakes, exhausts, body kits are not the same. If they are then i stand corrected.

 

Is it the same size engine bay?

 

engine bay is essentially the same with the exception of the battery. EvoX's are located in the trunk while Ralliarts are in the engine bay

 

Fair enough thank you... as i said i live in tasmania and cant really find any parts in aus for the car. So the parts i order ill basically have to get from the states and shipping cost is just stupid. So i want to get it right the first time😧
