Previous owner painted rear bumper in black and ...

I have an almost new WW 15 RA. The previous owner had the great idea of partially painting the rear bumper to make it look similar to the EVO X one.

There is no way to remove that black matte paint without messing OEM color underneath?


In the tow screw cap is started to peel.

Well, looks like the PO did a good job on the paint, looks very clean. Heck, I'd keep it that it actually looks pretty good.
I'd say run by a local body shop and seeing what they say about it, might be some way to remove w/o having to repaint the whole thing?

The camera hides all the imperfections.

I guess that is step 2. Check with a pro.
