2010 RA inside ventilation problem

Hi. I have this kinda problem in my Ralliart 2010.

Blower works okay in windshield setting and blowing to feet. But when I turn mode to face ventilation vents nothing comes out even at full power.

Can it be there is mode motor broken or is there some another options?

I found this bulletin repair. Is this the most likely reason why my face vents are not working? Anyone done this? Is it too hard to do on yourself?

There is no manual closement wheels or knobs anywhere 🤔

E: and if you mean that the vents would been closed by knob turned to far left or right. Then no. I have positioned them right lol

Oh, lol...I just got my 2011 a few weeks ago, I didn't realize they got rid of the manual closing vents...derp.

I just glanced over to tsb...doesn't look too bad as far as troubleshooting...
