OEM HID's

Is it really this easy to switch out with OEM Evo X HIDs?https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/la...9-lancers.html

also, if so this site has them way cheaper than i've seen. (mitsubishiparts.net is $660, and japanparts.com is over $1,000) http://www.iautobodyparts.com/mitsub...evolution.html

Where? On the 1st link or 2nd link? If the 2nd, you have to actually read and not look for pictures. Thats what I was looking for too when I first looked.

i can see that, but it just seems fishy... the picture is not even close... doesnt even look like like modern head lights, more like headlight from the 90's.

i786533 Mar 10, 2009 12:02 PM

can anybody confirm this website and or this specific product?

Curt@MrLed Mar 10, 2009 12:04 PM

It states next to pic this is not actual item. Email them.

xdemoulasx Mar 10, 2009 02:06 PM

well i looked up the part numbers and they match... plus it shows msrp as the actual msrp of the HID assemblies. I think its legit, but i would e-mail them beforehand anyway just in case.

08Lancer89 Mar 10, 2009 02:20 PM

true part numbers match but email them and let us know.

ZeroFighter83 Mar 17, 2009 10:25 PM

Any update on this?

jazket Mar 18, 2009 06:08 AM

fishy as heck!

The OEM HID's are 1k a pop! regardless of where you get them. That website says they're 291 each. ........ Right.

08Lancer89 Mar 18, 2009 06:33 AM

yeah idk either, not not willing to try, but if they will refund your money someone should order ones and see if they are cheap or not.

xdemoulasx Mar 18, 2009 08:51 AM

nah not 291 thats not HID... its $400 something. the part numbers match other legit sites have them for $600 something so its possible... i will e-mail to make sure. and see if i can get pics.

ZeroFighter83 Mar 20, 2009 01:02 PM

Darn, their 1-800 number doesn't work in Canada!

xdemoulasx Mar 27, 2009 10:17 AM

i e-mailed them like a week or more ago... never got an answer. so, its not looking good.

anyone else try contacting them?
