so i'm considerign throwing a set of spacers on my RA, i got 18x8 with a +35 offset lowered on eibach sportlines and already rolled my rear fenders

but anyone know what size i can use without needing to get longer studs?

edit... rims are actually 35mm offset i screwed it up when i first posted it as a 30mm

Its less than 10mm. My friend recommended 6mm or 1/4" max.

3 MM - 5 MM is the longest you want to go without replacing studs. If you are looking for some high end fitment and custom sizes for spacers and hubcentric fitments you need to check out:

yea i figured it would be no more then 10mm anyone know how thick a spacer i can go with the above set up, and not rub.... if i get longer studs as well

What are your trying to achieve? You should be close to max flush in the front, and pretty darn close in the rear. Best way to tell how much more you can squeeze in there would be to throw a tape on it. You might be able to get another 5mm at the most in the rear. I tired looking at the pictures you have previously put up, but they were pretty dark. Like I said, best way to tell is to measure the distance from your tire to the fender

just want em to poke a bit more, mainly in the rear since i rolled the fenders i got more room to cover fill....

does it matter if u use difference sizes of spacers front and rear?

5mm max! make sure you get at lease 5 to 6 complete turns on the lugs be for you torque it down

Im running 10mms on all 4 wheels with no issues. The lugs turned over 10 times, the minimum is 7 by industry standard.

that said, your running a 30 offset, no real reason to go more aggressive, it wont change the look at that point. Your best bet would be to get a wider wheel, something concave to get the more aggressive look you want

yea i wanted wider rims but didn't find any i liked in the colour or price range i wanted, just figured i'd try to get a wider stance with the spacers

it turned more then 10 times. There is no risk. They stay tight, dont move, and run just fine.

People need to test for themselves and listen less to fear monger stuff like OMG 10mm is too much because my dads sisters uncle had a motor bike with training wheels once type stuff.
