Looking into sway bars.

Currently working on the suspension on my ralliart and I was wondering if anyone has noticed a decrease in turning radius in the car.

nope, that will only occur if you swap the ra steering rack with the x.

only thing you'll notice if you install a rear swaybar is the lack of understeer

You won't decrease the turning radius with a swaybar, but you will increase the rotation of the car in a turn.

the toe is what wore out your tires so fast. toe should be as close to 0 as possible.

Camber if you want to have adjustability with it is easy. Front camber bolts are ~easy~ to install, and they're cheap (about $20 from TireRack).

Rear camber bolts are different, and I believe WhiteLine manufactures the only camber kit that works with the rear on these cars.
