Found a guy on Craigslist who sold his Mazda and was selling his stock wheels with snows (used 2 seasons Blizzacks) for $225 and couldn't pass it up. Looks nearly stock (same size and style as stock), and they go through the snow great.

Last winter (and the 2 winters before) I had my Galant VR-4 and had General Altimax Arctic snow tires, which I absolutely LOVED. That thing would go through any depth of snow with no issues. I liked driving it in snow better than my AWD Durango.

I always caution people about buying snow tires Craigslist. Make sure you are buying ones with 80-90 percent tread left.

When people are selling ones with 50 percent or less tread, you are essentially buying all seasons not snow tires as most companies only have the snow tread on the first half of the tire, after that its just regular all season tread.

I have the same setup, also haven't gotten any snow to play in here in Illinois yet.
