I Know this is probably a noob question but I really have no idea so before I go buying one and sending it back I thought I would ask.

If I was going to buy a universal A pillar mount from Greddy would I need 52mm or the 60mm one?

It depends on the size of the gauge you go with. 52 is the most common. That's what I have as well. Just find the gauge you want and get the pod to match the size. There you go!
