So then can I order one of the kits from here http://www.turbo-kits.com/evo_10_turbo_kits.html and have it work just fine with just a tune? Or do I need to do more?

Yes but look forward to about a week install if you DIY like me. And dont plan on getting past 300 without new clutches

do you know if you took the parts to a shop if they'd do the install? and are you talking about 300 hp?
