Ultimate Racing or Custom Performance?

I was going to get a CAI but after some asking around, I think I'll go with a test pipe and down pipe combination. Here is what im debating on...

#1
CP-E
- 3" Downpipe $210
- 3" QuickPower pipe $214
Total: $424

#2
UR
- 3" Downpipe $150
- 3" Resonated test pipe $230
Total: $380

Which one has been proven to be the better of the 2 as far as performance? If they are both pretty much identical, the cheaper of the 2 will always win out for me

there is a guy in calgary running a full UR turbo back, with intercooler + piping and a tune pushing the 275 whp

The ur sounds awesome and is quality quality made canadian stuff. I love my UR stuff, and might get the test pipe here soon.

I got all CP-E and a dyno showing significant gains in the top end. CP-E is also working on IC and piping. I thought I heard they were working on a cast DP and bigger turbo adaptor as well.

And nothing, I mean nothing sounds like the CP-E.

I just sent an email to UR asking for a price quote on a full turbo-back exhaust (eliminating the cat. converter)

Their prices and reputation seem to be the best option.

I've been contemplating all my options as well. And I've decided to go with ultimate racing everything. Best prices with best performance gains and people have been having lots of good things to say. Easy to install, great fits, great performance, great sound. Can't go wrong. Beat value all the way around.
