I havent dyno my RA but the pick up is way different, my RA feels just like old EVO IX (RIP) in a few days I will be taking my RA to the track to see how a JMS tune $300 compares to a AMS tune $600.

Well I did a bit looking and asking around. You got your prices wrong there. Here it is. You said JMS custom tune is $300 and email flashes from TTP $400 and AMS $500.
I was wondering if anyone else can vouch for JMS on their work? I was thinking about the boost pill also.

I would never trust a non-evom vendor with that amount of money.

Our feedback ratings tell the story.

I know I heard great things between TTP and AMS. Hey TTP Engineering. What do suggest on what I should be concentrating on to increase the overall power of the lancer ralliart 09? So far I have a K&N drop in filter a evo X bov and will be getting the AMS pill shortly less than a week. Is that a good start or can it be better?

I recommend Evo Dynamics in Lewisville. KevinD, Richard and Denver to some great stuff. They work mostly on just evo's and I was the first Ralliart they had worked on but Richard had no trouble tuning it. They don't have a dyno though.

If you want a dyno tune and not a mail in type tune, MZM performance is in Austin. They have a mustabg dyno and specialize in EVos and STIs. Google MZM. I have been using them as well as several ppl I know. No one has had any issues with them and their tunes. I enjoy the fact that they are about maximum power with safety of the motor in mind unless you want an aggresive tune. They take their time to tweak the tune right to give the best result. AMS and TTP sound good but look into MZM if you want a dyno tune unless you plan to drive to florida or ohio.

Well it depends on how much MZM is charging for a tune w/ dyno. I will check out MZM.

I work out in lewisville...can you give me their contact # or location? I really need to get my RA going... All I have is evox bov; exhaust ; and a UR intake...so next step i need would be a tune right?

Uhhh i wouldn't recommend putting in the pill w/o a tune that requires it. Spend the extra $300-400 and get a tune that uses the pill.. A tune should be your first choice if you are looking to add power.. Then build from there.

Drop in filter will add small gains, won't notice much at all.
EvoX bpv won't give you any gains..
boost pill shouldn't be used w/o a tune.
so really you are adding very little to the performance of your car. maybe 5-8 hp/tq
