Turbo Kit; whats needed?

So I'm pulling so many stock parts off my Evo I have a bunch of them laying around. I was thinking to sell them seperately but maybe it would be easier to sell just a package. What would you guys need off the Evo for a kit to work on your cars?

Turbo
Intercooler
Injectors
I.C. piping
Stock intake? and MAF sensor?
Stock down pipe and CAT?

How much will actually work and whats actually needed?

I think pretty much everything is usable on the Ralliart. Some of the parts need to stay together though. Like the turbo/manifold/downpipe. UNless they have their own missing part of course.

Well, you could send it to me for the cost of shipping.

Seriously, though... it all depends.

BTW, the injectors, downpipe, and cat are not needed since the RAs and the EVOs share those parts. I've seen the EVO turbos going for about $500 and the IC and piping for $200-$300. The IC alone goes for between $100 and $200. Some guys have been asking $300 for just the core, but let me say that I would NEVER pay that much for the stock IC.

Really, the best thing to do would be to check around the EVO for sale forums and see what people are charging and, more importantly, selling these parts for.

You need mani, turbo, air inlet pipe, stock intake, O2 housing, IC and piping, oil lines, gaskets. Things that switch over are downpipe, air outlet pipe.

That's right. The downpipe is different.

As for the injectors, I don't know the confirmed flow on either, but I'm pretty sure they are the same. Even if an RA owner were to upgrade the injectors, it would be to an 800 cc.

Do the FPs and Garretts use the same manifold as the stock turbo? If so, the manifold might be the most difficult thing to get. If not, then yeah, you'd want to bundle the manifold with the turbo.

Just ran across something today at the dealership, the RA's are running 500cc injectors instead of 600's like the Evos. My Mechanic buddy was doing a flush on a fuel system today and I just stumbled in while he had it all apart. Plus part numbers are different between the two models.

That is interesting. That might be one of the reasons the RA runs a bit leaner than the EVO, but it doesn't match the information provided by some of the tuners who have mapped out AFR for both cars. Also, I have to imagine that 300 whp would be hard to attain with 500cc injectors. Maybe some of the more experienced tuners on these forums can chime in on this issue.

Yes I would like to hear on this too as I will be upgrading my Raliart to an Evo Intercooler and Turbo in the next few months and would like to know if I now have to budget more money for injectors. I thought I had read in a different thread the AMS guys when they upgraded to an Evo X turbo had no problems with the stock raliart injectors. Anyway any info would be great.
