I got my car back last night from a whole slew of things.

Re-flash = The car seems to pull harder at the higher revs. Feels much better. The tranny does not slam the gear change at WOT at red line. It almost feels like it is slipping. But this also feels faster. I am thinking that the boost does not fall off as fast or as far on each shift due to small rpm drop at shifts.

Fuel line recall = No parts in stock Have to take it back later.

Very bad tire wear on pass front. Killed the inner of the tire after 7500 miles. = They aligned it and ordered me a new tire under the 12K/12m alignment warranty.

Now I have to wait for parts to come in and drive 425/1000 for a day.

Nope, they did not list out anything other than reflash for "check engine light".

My dealer is also incompetent.

How did you manage that??
When I tried to get mine under warranty I got told wheel alginments are owners responsability and they wouldn't cover it.

All new Mitsu's come with a 12mo/12K mile warranty for alignment. They only way you may get declined is if you have a big chunk or dent in a wheel from a curb/pot hole/etc...

All you have to do is know your warranty limits and let them know you know.

If you have problems, ask for the name and number of the local Factory rep that is responsible for that dealer.

Plead your case, you will win as long as it is legit.

If there are no TSB #'s, does anyone know what to specifically ask for?
