Is a tune needed with just T1R IC and DROP-in filter?

Does anyone know if I would need a tune if I have the following two items installed on an otherwise all stock 09 Ralliart:

1) HKS drop-in( or a Cosworth) 2) T1R IC pipes

I am still learning about engines and just want to make sure I don't hurt the engine or run lean if I don't get a tune.

Also...when we say "tune" we are talking about manipulating the ECU? Which would void the warranty?

If any of you AMS,TTP,GST tuners see this please feel free to chime in with your expertise

Thanks all.

You shouldn't need a tune for either of those mods, though a custom tune from a local tuner is always advisable.

Mild Mods like above should allow you to stay within the realms of the standard tuning of the ECU.
