Ralliart Intercooler upgrade

Looking to upgrade your intercooler in the near future? Inspired by a post in the Evo X forum I decided to make a similar table pertaining to the Ralliart exclusively. However some are EVO X upgrades and may present installation difficulties
Let me know if any of the info posted is in error or if you can add information to this
All these intercoolers are (as far as I know) bolt in no cut upgrades.

Ralliart Intercooler Upgrade

(A) Test with UR TB Exhaust & UR Intake (Tune is assumed here because of CAI)
(B) Claimed without tune
* Using UR UICP
^ Using Brushed SS UICP SS Polished UICP available for an additional $30.00
+ Offers larger sizes (EVO X)
Shading indicates Evo X applications

If I install an aftermarket intercooler do I need a tune? I'm thinking about purchasing the UR I/C.

You should not need one no, but you'll see better gains once you do. =)

The UR 4.5" is $551 w/o shipping and the ETS 3.5" is $550 w/o shipping. Sorry my mindset was on the 3" which is prolly what i would get, i doubt that i will make it to 700Hp on this car .

Any intercooler upgrade on a RA is a good idea, doesnt matter on brand just the size difference of ours compared to stock X or aftermarket is major. BUT none of this is going to make a REAL difference till yea cut off the front nose and steel bumper like an evo X. The IC need airflow and our nose restricts soo much. Cutting the nose is simple its just the from metal. Im going to use a plasma cutter and weld in reinforcements.
