RalliArt Upgrade

I have had my '09 RalliArt for about a year now and I think its time to start adding goodies to it. My goal here is to take the RA to 300hp. Any recommendations?? Also, any recommendations on upgrades on the handling aspect of the vehicle? I have also read elsewhere that it is possible to swap the factory EVO X turbo for on the RalliArt. If that is indeed true, what would I need for that? I would assume that Mitsu would charge me an arm & a leg for a brand new factory EVO X turbo.

It's Friday and Payday, so I'm nice today =)
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/09...arts-list.html

Handling:
KW V2, BC Coilover or Tein FLEX
Whiteline Sway Bar front and rear
GTSpec H-Brace
Cusco front and rear strut bar
245/40/18 tires with 18x8.5 rims

the RA should become another monster.
The EvoX turbo swap can do 300 whp/300 wtq

read the sticky at the very top of this section about the X turbo swap.

a simple boost pill and tune will bring you up to 240whp. our drivetrain loss is about 20% (based on the fact they're rated 237hp factory and dyno in the 190s), so that's about 290 at the crank. upgrade the downpipe and cat to even a resonated test pipe and that's another 15whp, and boost comes in sooner. upgrade the FMIC and there's a little gain, but more importantly, it's safer on the engine.

300whp is unattainable without upgrading the turbo. guys who upgrade to the EVO X turbo are easily pushing 300whp. you also run the risk of damaging the TC-SST because you're close to it's stock limits. upgrading our transmissions is very costly, but it can be done.

I have noticed this as well.

I am thinking that it has something to do with 4WD being more important in the snow.

It snowed down here in NC this year. I did have a blast driving around with the Ralliart in Snow Mode. The stock tires did leave something to be desired, but they have since been replaced. I know, cool story.

i think more Canadians are on these boards because a: there are so few EVO's to choose from and b: dealerships can't just sell EVOs. it might be structured that they have to deliver 250 Lancers and 10 RA's before getting an EVO on the lot.

wow, so stock RA will do the trick here?
I'm planning to get stage 0 but does that adds to 300 whp ?
and I live in Vancouver so where can I get this done?

Awesome. Stage 2 looks really good. How about their Intake system [http://www.amsperformance.com/cart/M...-Filters.html] ... Have you gotten this done? It uses a small battery kit. I am not sure how that will hold up in the winters of chicago.
